We’re a made-to-order kitchen with a farm-to-table focus, centered on experience-based dining. A typical three-course meal unfolds over the course of an hour to an hour and a half—designed to be savored, not rushed.

If you have time-sensitive plans after your meal, like a show or engagement, please let us know when booking so we can guide the pacing of your experience accordingly.
